Congrats to Courtney & Jackson on the upcoming birth of their first child.

Remember this post?  Baby Samuel is now a sweet little boy with gorgeous baby blues.  He wasn't as happy to meet me as I was to meet him, but we did manage to get a few shots of him smiling in between naps, feedings, and fussings.  :)

friday the thirteenth

Our small town hosted a Zombie Walk tonight in honor of it being Friday the 13th and all.  Seth's favorite was the older lady with the Cap'n Crunch box.  :)  Our neighbors were quite the undead duo--he's the one with the orange construction vest with wood sticking out of his chest and his lovely bride is in a pink tank top with a knife through her head.  Don't make eye contact--their white contacts are freaky!

My father-in-law came and spent most of last week helping us paint the cabinets white.  We went with Benjamin Moore's "Timothy Straw" (avocado green) for the wall color.  I could not be happier with my gorgeous new kitchen--the pictures don't do it justice!
