Reusing old cards seems to be a recurring theme for me.  Once again, I mutilated good stationary and framed a favorite card from last year.  It was just a little shy of fitting in the frame, so I added button ribbon on each side.  Fits like a charm!

I made this dainty iPod case out of a clear plastic case and a card.

While it pained me to mutilate quality stationary, I'm super-happy with the result!

I had the privilege to help plan and participate in our library's second photowalk event last night.  We had 47 participants ranging from age 9 to 90!  Here are a few of the photos I took on the walk.  An album of all participant photos is available here.

After the Hunger Games Final Event yesterday, we went to Lake Corriher to take some photos to help advertise our next photowalk at the library.  While I was taking the picture of the mossy rock, Seth saw a 4-point buck run down the bank and lay down in the stream!  When I moved upstream to take a picture, he got spooked and ran away.  Hope our photowalk is as eventful as the practice run!

Joan & Seth competed in the Hunger Games Final Event & Challenge today.  They both made it out alive, although Seth has a scratch on his nose that he swears was put there by Joan...

Seth won 2nd place in his age division.  That's my baby!
